Check out the second in our series of intuVision VA "how to?" videos, explaining common analytics tasks performed with intuVision VA. This video focuses on a common intuVision Security application - nighttime activity.

intuVision Video Analytics are widely used across many application areas - from parking monitoring, traffic analytics, business data - but the original use, and one of the most common deployments is for securing perimeters.

In this video, we outline the primary steps in configuration:

1. adding a video management system, in this case AXIS Camera Station,
2. selecting a live video for processing,
3. configuring detection and tracking settings,
4. selecting and configuring the event rule of interest,
5. and review & management of detected events.

This video covers common configuration challenges specific to IR video, which is commonly used for security video, though many of the tips in the video will also apply to standard color processing, as well as different event types available within intuVision Security and the other application modules.
