While intuVision Edge is available on most common camera platforms and covers many use cases, we are well positioned to customize our edge analytics to other platforms or to meet any needs not covered by our existing solution. From new event rules, new object classification types, compatibility with new camera models or edge devices, or methods of accessing the intuVision Edge analytics results, contact us to discuss your project.
Our long history of video content analysis algorithm development positions us to quickly and efficiently turn around custom solutions, at a reasonable cost and fast timeline. For almost all new requirements, we have the majority of the components for a complete solution, either in our off-the-shelf products or from previous developments that can be quickly repurposed. With this approach, the customer benefits from the existing structure of our solutions, including on-edge reporting, compatibility with major camera brands, and extensive event list, but tailored to their needs.
Customizations performed on our edge analytics typically fall into two categories: event customization and system customization.
Event customization can either take the form of developing new events and event types to detect specific types of behavior on the edge, or training of custom classification models for edge use. As the analytic basis of detecting and tracking objects is already developed, modifying events to look for specific activities is not only a low-cost customization, but also low-risk, as the challenging analytic task of detecting and tracking objects is already available. Similarly for classification, while the off-the-shelf analytics focus only on person classification, our engineers can customize models specific for your objects of interest.
Regardless of if you are a camera manufacturer looking to deploy analytics on your cameras or manage a front-end data management tool, we can modify our solution to fit into your ecosystem. This can span from modifying how data is retrieved from the edge device, for instance if data must be in a specific format for ingestion into your database, to porting the installer to a new chip-set or operating system.
However, with an existing full Web API available on the edge, and system-on-chip compatibility with popular operating systems, our off-the-shelf solution is typically well positioned to fit into your ecosystem without custom work.

intuVision Edge counters store count data directly onboard the camera for 90 days and facilitate graphing the counts in real-time, providing a simple alternative for collecting people or vehicle traffic statistics.
Compatible with all events, edge reports can be used to view customer count information, vehicle speeds, vehicle counts, intrusion event trends, and more.
Edge reports allow flexibility in data display, providing counts by day, hour, and 15 minute increments, or providing average event counts over those durations, allowing you to see data as well as easily track count patterns.
Data can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis, graphs can be saved to share with others and for use in presentations.

intuVision's edge analytics are available on multiple camera platforms, including Axis, Cisco, Hanwha, Vivotek, and Dahua, as well as custom system on chip platforms.
Edge analytics run directly on board the camera, using the resources available on-board the camera. Additional features and better processing results may be available on cameras with more powerful processors.
We are currently compatible with all Axis cameras with ARTPEC-4, -5, -6, -7, and -8 chipsets. Edge based event management and reports are available for all compatible Axis cameras. Best processing performance is available on cameras with ARTPEC-6 and higher chipsets.

We are currently compatible with the following Cisco IP camera models: CIVS-IPC-283x, CIVS-IPC-3xxx, CIVS-IPC-6xxx, CIVS-IPC-6930, CIVS-IPC-7xxx, and CIVS-IPC-8xxx. Edge based event management and reports are available for all compatible Cisco cameras.
Please note: intuVision edge applications for Cisco cameras are sold through Cisco.
As part of the Dahua Open Platform, our edge analytics are available on a variety of Dahua Smart Cameras. Edge based event management and reports are available for all compatible Vivotek cameras. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific camera.
We are currently compatible with all camera models within 5004, 6004, and 7004 series. Additional cameras are added to our compatibility list frequently. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific camera.
Edge based event management and reports are not currently available for Hanwha Techwin cameras.
